Interview
The interview was relaxed and felt like an actual conversation. I wasn't stressed the whole time. Despite everything, it took them a week after the interview to email me stating they would move on with other candidates. I actually had the experience too, but it's typical of companies to expect the whole world from people.

It was a breeze especially being able to build rapport with the manager who interviewed me. She also tested me on the spot listening to a caller to give feedback on what I heard and could've possibly done better.
