Interview
I got a call for a project manager interview. I have a PMP and 8 years of project management experience. So i thought it would be a breeze. The hiring manager called me and then said that the role would be for a senior associate since the project manager was a really senior role. I was not sure what he meant. They called me onsite. Onsite interview was 3.5 hours with 3 differnt people. 2 directors and the hiring manager. End of the discussion, i found out, i would be writing SQL code all day long. I told them, i am not the right guy to do this.
Heard back after 2 weeks with a negative response. The campus is really nice, and the manager was a nice guy. Behavior was good in general.

2. What is your experience with data warehousing?
A phone interview followed by on site with 5-6 interviewers. Different interviewers focused on different topics or ares of the job. Some focused on case study, some focused on technical aspect like model or coding.

Describe a project in which you face challenge and how did you overcome it
Very comfortable interview with the senior hiring manager. He thoroughly described the position and the benefits of working for the company. Questions were ones you would expect in an interview with job history overview and situational type questions.

Interview
First several emails back and forth with HR. Then phone interview with the hiring manager, some technical questions asked. Then went to on-site, the interviewers asked many behavior questions and some technical questions.
