Was a developer with extensive test experience in Chicago. Was found on LinkedIn by external recruiter after move to New York. Phone interviews with external recruiter and internal recruiter. Phone interviews with future Agile team lead and New Zealand based automation team. Two additional in-person interviews--one with future supervisor/team lead, the other with the rest of the team. Was given a basic programming skills written test, and a mock app to put through manual QA. Process took about 4 weeks overall.
