I had an initial telephone screening call with a recruiter at Diageo which lasted around 30 minutes, my CV was put forward to the hiring manager and I then had a 45 minute video interview with the hiring manager and another manager in the team. I was informed that I had been successful in reaching a third stage but unfortunately was offered another position before this third stage interview could take place. Both the recruiter (Katie) and Ellena and Justin who interviewed me were absolutely lovely, put me at ease during my interviews and I’ve been left with a positive view of Diageo. I would definitely apply for roles again in the future and encourage others to do so as well.
