Interview
Two rounds of interview was conducted,first round with manager and senior consultant and second round with manager and partner. Both the interviews were via teams. No need to going to the location. Interview in English or German depending upon the requirements of the job.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
