Interview
Interviewer was candid and frank of the responsibilities. The main issue lies with the HR, who provided contradictory information and shut out the headhunters, and attempted to pressure candidates to take up an unequal offer. For candidates thinking of accepting the role as Deloitte is a big brand- please read the fine print.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
