Indeed, the recruiter called back a few days later and invited me to a face to face interview. The in person interview consisted of meeting two senior managers and a regional manager. Of course, there was also a case study. I was ready for a hard core interview with a case study that will make my head spin. Nothing was further from the truth. Frankly, the case study was common sense. The interviews were more like a neat networking session. The only heads up I want to give any interviewees is to be ready with tons of questions about Deloitte. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes. And I had to provide most content. I was offered the job two business days later.
