I applied through university. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2013
Interview
Interview consisted of two half hour segments. The first was just simple behavioral questions with one of their managers who was friendly and easy to talk to. The 2nd portion of the interview was their case study. The one i had revolved around a financial analyst firm who needed to update their records system. The case study was difficult due to unfamiliar phrasing and lenngth.

Question 1
Individual portions of the case study can seem difficult due to trying to understand the situation
There was a more so personal approach to the questions being asked. You need to be able to cater your answers to the person talking to you would be. It’s more so about how you talk and present the information.
My interview experience with Deloitte for a consulting role was structured and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening call discussing my resume and motivations. This was followed by a technical round featuring a challenging case study, which tested my analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure. I had to break down the problem, propose solutions, and justify my reasoning.
The final round was with a senior manager, focusing on behavioral questions using the STAR method and my cultural fit. The atmosphere was professional yet conversational. Preparation, clear communication, and a structured approach to case studies were key to my success.
