Interview
The process was relatively fast but with a lot of steps. I had 2 phone interviews with HR, one phone interview in English to test my level + an English online test. After this, I went to the final interview with the team leader. The final interview was one hour.

Questions about my motivation, past experience, why do I want to work there.
insgesamt 2x Vorstellungsgespräche, danach fällt die Entscheidung der Eignung.
Bei dem ersten Gespräch wurden fachliche Fragen sowie Verhaltensweisen bei bestimmten Situationen erfragt. Das zweite Gespräch war mehr in die Richtung warum das UN, warum die Position, was erwartest du von uns, warum Luxemburg... Also grundsätzlich schauen, ob du in das UN gut hineinpasst

Interview
Reunión con el manager 45 min, hablando sobre mi experiencia y currículum, además de preguntas relacionadas con mi forma de trabajar. Al final me presentó un balance inventado y tuve que decirle los errores que encontraba en el.
Hay poco tiempo de espera entre las entrevistas. Se evalúa también el conocimiento de cada recurso. No son entrevistas con evaluaciones demasiado técnicas. Cordialidad por parte del personal de recursos humanos que se encarga de las mismas.
