I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte in Sep 2018
Interview
I was called by two separate hiring managers and talked with them for about half an hour each. No technical aspect in the phone screening besides describing my personal projects. Hiring managers were radically different from one another, with one taking a "Chill out let's be friends" approach while the other took a friendly but professional approach to the interview. Found the former incredibly off-putting and awkward, but the latter was very pleasant. Overall the interview was pretty relaxed and just a check-in to see if you'd be a good fit for the role.
Quite interesting allowing you to enter to professional work as first job. Nice team and nice mood. The only bad stuff is that you need to wear a suit to perform your daily tasks
Met with a board member, and someone from a relevant department to my role. It was a friendly encounter that did not require any job testing or anything like that.

Question 1
What did you do before that makes you a good fit for this opportunity?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Deloitte (Denver, CO) in Oct 2020
Interview
This was a pretty easy process. I applied through my campus job portal. I was invited for the first round of interviews a week after I originally applied. Also, note that everything was virtual for me because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The first round of interviews consisted of two, 25-minute interviews. One is behavioral and the other is a "scenario" interview. The scenario is pretty much just a case interview but easier. Be sure to have a lot of stories/examples to pull from because they ask a lot of questions in RD1 behavioral. I heard back the next day, and I was invited to the second/final round. This round was with a principal, and it was VERY conversational. It was a 30-minute interview, and the principal only asked me 1-2 questions. This last interview mostly tested your professionalism, preparation, and your ability to maintain a conversation. There was no technical aspect to the final round, it was all about company fit.
