It was a great process, but I never received a call back. Even after I was told I would get a call and they wanted to hire me, no one responded to my emails.

Interview got scheduled by HR representative. Applied to several positions and no job description was offered when asked. In addition, the interviewer never called. Tried following multiple times but never heard back. Unprofessional behavior!
Very professional and open discussion about my experience, achievements and areas of interest. I had already two rounds of interviews and still expect minimum one. But the people with whom I interacted show real interest toward me and had good two-way communication during the interview.

Deloitte runs interviews in 3 stages. 1st stage is with HR, the second stage is with the relevant group lead and the 3rd stage will be with the group level director. 1st interview is set to understand the expectations and assess whether the candidate is a good fit. The second interview will be more focused on technical skills and the 3rd interview will be more focused on soft skills.

I've been asked questions like the reason for choosing Deloitte and why I decided to leave my prior employer. In the second interview I was asked technical details on the software features like the new coming updates and how to configure the product to fit the client's needs. In the last interview I was asked to tell the most challenging problem in my previous projects.
