On campus interview with two upper-level people (director/manager). One did behavioral questions, walked through resume, fit with Deloitte. The other did a case question - how to run the Special Olympics. Interviewer led case, with a data sheet given to do analyses. Both interviewers were very nice and encouraging. Reply within two weeks.

How would you calculate the total revenue brought in by the Special Olympics?
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
