Interview
I had three interviews in the office - two behavioral interviews with senior managers and one case interview with the director. The case wasn't very hard but required some thinking and good logic. Ask questions if u don't understand the scenario. There's also an easy IQ question in the case interview. In behavioral they mainly asked me about situations where there was conflict with teammates, where u persuade someone and where u successfully solve a complex problem.

Tell me about a situation where you had a conflict in your previous project.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
