There is a two-step interview for College Students:
Interview on Campus and in-office interview
On campus interview has interviewers
In-office interview consist of a panel with seniors and managers then a 1:1 interview with a partner or a director.

Mi é stato chiesto di parlare del mio percorso accademico, quali fossero le mie aspirazioni future, se fossi disponibile a lavorare in sede e agli orari stabiliti
Aptitude test followed by group dicussion followed by personal interview. Each round was an elimination round. As it was part of a college placement , it was a relatively easy interview process which focused on filtering out the candidates based on various tests

La mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva, caratterizzata da una descrizione personale ben strutturata, un project work stimolante e un test d'inglese sfidante. Il team di recruiting ha dimostrato grande collaborazione e disponibilità, suddividendo i partecipanti in due gruppi per agevolare il lavoro. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la capacità di ascolto e il supporto fornito durante ogni fase del processo.
