I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Grand Forks, ND) in Sep 2014
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews. Overall the process was quite informal. The interviews were fairly relaxed. My best advice is don't get nervous and just treat it like you are having a casual conversation with someone. But keep in mind to keep the topics fairly professional as well. There are two rounds of interviews as I mentioned so try to make sure you connect with the interviewer a little so that you seem like a good fit for the company.

Question 1
Pretty much they asked me behavioral based questions. Just google what those are and make sure you have some examples to go off of.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
