The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
There are 4 stages in the interview process: Online tests, an email simulation test (which has been discontinued), an AC and a partner interview. During the AC, there will be a group case study exercise, an individual case study exercise and a one on one interview session. This was relatively straight forward and the cases will be provided on the spot. No major preparation could be done in terms of the case studies. Partner interview involves a 5 min presentation of a set topic provided to you prior to your interview day. You'll have to prepare the slide deck of the said topic for the partner. The partner will also ask a range of different questions on the topic presented along with any other questions that they have. No competency based questions were asked during my interview.
