Interview
Everything moved very quickly, there was only 6 weeks between submitting my initial application and the final stage assessment.
- stage one - typical online assessment
- stage two - job simulation that involves pre recorded video answers, written tasks and ranking options.
- stage three - final stage involved two interviews (one typical strengths and motivation interview and another based on an activity you will be asked to prepare for before hand). Both interviewers were friendly and make you feel at ease.

Question 1
In the job simulation you are given a list of items to discuss in an upcoming meeting, you have to decide which two items should be immediately discussed and which can be dropped from the agenda and why.
Easy process. Started with initial phone call, business case and then 3 final interviews. The business case was in group at the office and was meant to assess your soft skills rather than your business acumen.

Interactive Online Assessment (unlimited time but takes around an hourish), some behavioural slider questions and rank what you would do qs...and then some stat questions involving reading multiple sources of data. Need to read carefully. Is a fine experience, source/data analysis qs can be a bit tough
