I was reached by one of their recruiters from india who sent me a cal invite for a role at Deel Singapore, but the job post was listed under another company called Okratin. It's rather fishy. Giving the benefit of doubt, I asked for their JD and scheduled an interview time with her. I attended the interview timely but she did not show up. I sent her emails but there was no reply. The next day, she sent me a template rejection email that they had moved on with other candidates, without any apology/explanation as to why she failed to show up for the scheduled interview. It was a waste of my time! It shows the poor values of the company and how poorly trained their staff is.
