Deel presents itself as a platform that supports global employment, but in practice it often feels more focused on protecting employers than supporting employees. The contracts and policies I encountered appeared largely designed to benefit employers, with limited consideration given to how certain provisions may impact employees. Employee support is also difficult to access. Responses can be slow, and resolving issues often requires significant effort and persistence. When employees face workplace concerns, Deel may act more as a facilitator for the employer rather than an independent party seeking a fair outcome for both sides. I would encourage Deel to improve transparency, accessibility of support, and the balance between employer and employee interests if it wants to build trust with the workforce it serves.

Way too many hours for the pay. They say over time is a thing but a lot of the team works overtime without pay
