Talent Acquisition and then Hiring Manager. I feel like there is an air of arrogance that you have to be a certain type to be working for the company. You have to be able to follow the Deel Speed - I dont even know what is that. When prompted about the negative reviews on the company, they were quick to blame the reviewers which was a little turned off.

It was overall ok. Too many rounds of interviews maybe, but the process is clear from the beginning. The starting one is an HR screening and if passed, you continue with other managers and coworkers.

Well thought out interview process, good questions and structure. Good information supplied, easy going HM, easy to speak with and discuss aspects of the role, overall good body language and conversation. Although I was nervous, this didnt sway the HM questioning and infact made me aware of what aligned more with myself.

The interview went smooth and fast. Their HR was so responsive and they were able to address all my queries. The managers I spoke to were also really friendly and they gave me an idea on how they progressed in Deel.
