I interviewed with the People team first to get a grasp of the role and salary, and to go over expectations throughout the interview process
Next interview was with the manager I would report to. This was the interview that sold me on the role, as this manager was amazing.
Final interview was with the Head of Operations. This interview was the most relaxed interview I've ever experienced in that he seemed to just want to make sure my personality fit with what they were looking for. Very fun interview.
Two days after my final interview, I received an email stating they'd like to make me an offer. I set up a time with the initial People team interviewer to go over the offer in detail and accepted the job thereafter.
