Interview
Initial phone interview with TA. The majority of the time was listening to monotone reading (from a script) of the benefits at Deel, which sound to be average at best.

Experience related questions that clearly indicated she didn’t even glance at my resume or application.
Referred by an external recruiter. Internal recruiter and hiring manager were great to speak with - both were friendly and very responsive on email (no ghosting, as mentioned in some of the other reviews). Although, my experience was limited to these two interactions, as I opted out of the process midway for personal reasons.
