Interview
Had the recruiter screening call, which was pleasant. I then interviewed with the hiring manager, who was actually the team lead. I feel like I intimidated him because he kept squirming in his chair. I could tell I had way more industry knowledge than him, so he probably felt threatened. The recruiter than rejected me without providing feedback via email.

General questions about my experience and knowledge of tech.
The talk with the manager is not complicated, it didn't have any technical related question.
There is an exercise sheet I need to answer, I think I might take too long to submit. As I submit in the last day of the deadline.
But the questions are well evaluate your technical skill. I am not sure whether it will focus on how you phase your answer as a consideration of your interaction manner with the customer.

Interview
Applied online, talked with a recruiter, hiring manager, take home assignment, take home assessment with two senior.
The interview process was seamless and pretty easy. The take home had some difficult parts and some parts to stump you, but overall wasn't bad. Took me about 15 hours to complete.
