DataScience.com Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Overall good experience aside from the fact that the coding exercise was super involved. A phone interview that went well followed by a coding exercise then an on-site with the team. which involved a presentation as well as a bit of grilling about the coding exercise. I'm not sure why exactly the offer wasn't extended but if I had to guess they are underpaying and are looking for cheap talent. We were negotiating a salary and I was firm about the current salary conditions in the market, but they backed out and said that not everyone was on the same page internally about me joining. Lol why even bother negotiating a salary then? Oh well. They really do seem to be building some really cool software but the scary part is that they've been in business for quite some time and they still haven't made any profit and haven't defined the goals of the organization.
