This setup felt improvised and unprofessional for a technical role. After the interview, I reached out to ask for feedback or any clarification on the decision, but I was completely ghosted. Overall, the process lacked transparency, professionalism, and basic candidate courtesy. For a company that emphasizes data-driven thinking, the interview experience felt anything but structured or thoughtful.
