A long drawn-out process that took a lot of time to prep for and felt like a waste of time: 1st stage - Online assessment. 2nd stage - Video Interview with HR 3rd stage - Another video interview with HR (I've never been through 3 stages of HR assessments before). After 3 weeks and a lot of research and prep, I was then declined without even having the opportunity to meet with the actual department who were aiming to fill a vacancy. This would have given me (and the hiring manager) an opportunity to assess my skills and background in more detail. Feedback was sent to me but it was pretty weak.
