Initial interview with HR and never heard again. She told me it was for a arms manufacturer client which no doubt needs a secret clearance but seems she is not aware of this as I told her I just have a GC but said it is ok but I do not think so and I never heard from my application again.

Basic HR initial interview like tell me about yourself, experience and skills.
Excellent process. Interview first was from management and second interview included members of the team. The questions were relevant to the position and felt very comfortable. Both interviews were conducted over the phone, not in person.

Thorough but relaxed testing of technical knowledge. Indepth detailing of the role and what was to be expected. Overview of the company provided. Got to know my hobbies and outside of work interests.
