Very in depth process to find our your character and value system. Really insightful process. I spoke with many members from the organisation and felt welcomed by everyone I spoke to. Expectation was realistic but challenging.

After applying through Linkedin I had a screening call with the recruiter who then ghosted me. I sent a follow-up email but didn't get any response. I received an email 1 month later saying that the hiring manager didn't think I won't be a good fit... This isn't how people should be treated!
