Cresteo Software Developer interview questions

I had two interviews with Cresteo that initially seemed promising. Afterward, I was told I’d get an update ‘next week.’ That update never came. Instead, I was told the same thing SIX weeks in a row — always pushed out, always with vague excuses, and never with any real information, with promises of "transparency" when there was in fact none. After two months of empty promises, Cresteo finally ended the process with a generic rejection email. Never an update, never an explanation, never any feedback. This was was blatantly unprofessional and unacceptable. Cresteo showed no respect for my time or effort, never took this seriously and gave me nothing but delay after delay. Dragging a candidate along for seven weeks with zero transparency is unacceptable. Consider this a warning: if you interview here, expect to be misled, ignored, and left hanging. This company does not value candidates, does not communicate honestly, and will waste your time.
