First contact via phone. Very polite. Second call to arrange a face to face meeting.
Meet with the Director of the department first. Very professional. Solid conversations. She was very clear in what the company was looking for. I was clear with all my answers.
Second meeting with someone in the department. This person was much more involved with day to day issues. Great back and forth.
