I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Credit Karma (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had a talk with the recruiter before attending the calls asking if I am a good fit and they assured that the company only looks for candidates who can code. The questions are going to be all about algorithms. However, after the tech phone screen and a day of onsite interviews, I was told I was not a good fit. The manager even told that he saw my resume just an hour before the interview. Very Unprofessional.
The interview process typically involves resume screening, technical rounds coding or problem solving, HR interviews for cultural fit, and sometimes group discussions or aptitude tests to assess overall candidate suitability.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Karma
Interview
Recruiter reached out via Email. So I scheduled a phone screen. Then got called for an on-site. I think it went well. But recruiter never got back to me even after sending many follow up emails. Seems to be a similar experience to other reviews here.
HR Screening phone interview, introduce the company and the position
One phone interview with one coding question.
Onsite with 4 sessions, manager chatting with background and tech skills, two coding sessions, one system design session.
Very good experience
