One stage interview process that involves getting to know your understanding regarding bring a care or support worker. It is a bit intensive because you are going to be interviewed by a two-panel team. So, you need to know your onion as a carer.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Creative Support (Hyde, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
Interview was nice and relaxed, two interviewers who asked 5 questions each. Only negative is that after not getting a reply from them, they wouldnt respond when i asked for feedback

What would you do in the situation if two clients were arguing with each other?
It was good. There were a alot of questions - about 10-15 questions.
I didn’t pass the interview cause they said I didn’t get enough points for it …. Thank you
