I applied online and got a HR email 2 weeks later asking me to fill out a Questionnaire.
Next 2 weeks later, I interviewed with the Manager and another person in the group for 30 mins asking about my resume, experience and basic technical questions.
I was invited for an onsite interview all expenses paid 2 weeks later and was asked to prepare a 30 mins presentation about my technical skills. It was a day long interviews with everyone in the facility for an hour each one-on-one. Everything went great and the questions were easy and technical (though everyone were asking only if I could move to a small town like Corning over and over).
2 weeks later I was scheduled to interview with the head of the facility as he wasn't present during my onsite interviews. It went great and he told me that I was suited for the position and must be hearing very soon and just he was the hold up.
2 weeks later I get a reject saying my background doesn't match! I've spent over 2 months for this positions interviews and after almost giving me the job, I wasn't a match (that too before Christmas!)
