When i was told of the opening in the company, i went to the branch office. I was given a warm reception by those who were already working there. The officer in charge of the interview process, took my credentials and then issued me a questionnaire to answer. After answering;filling the questionnaire, i was called upon for an oral interview which was done by a panel, was asked various questions. After the interview, i was told to go and expect a feedback from them on the outcome of the interview. It was after about three days (not sure), i got a call from them and was told i was taken, that i should come the following week Monday to join in the training for new employees. Working with Cornerstone Insurance has been so wonderful; the people i work with are like one big family, always looking out for each other, giving a helping hand when needed. The office is a warm place to always be in. Work culture is very good, as every member of staff is dedicated to their jobs.
