Teams meeting conversation with live coding technical assessment. Interview conversation took about thirty minutes and coding took around fifteen to twenty minutes. Offer was almost instant after the live coding.

The process consisted of 2 technical interviews that covered aspects of the C language and data structures. They ranged from methods, pointers, algorithms to bit operations. The meetings were with 2 other developers, each time. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed.

There were 3 rounds of interviews, 2 technical (one on site) and one HR. They wanted to know how much experience I have in working in a team especially in the technical aspect. Good interview and nice people, very open to answer any questions that I might have had
