Interview
Interview was a little intimidating because I was low balled on my starting hourly wages and I didn’t know if I turned the offer down that I would not be hired so I desperately excepted it in the mixing department.

Question 1
Can you or are you available for 12 hour shifts? The system is set up where if you don’t work the 12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sundays twice a month, you will not get close to 40 hour weeks. No overtime is paid for working the 12hour shifts by design!
Behavior based questions and scenarios during the interview. Not too bad of a process. Give examples of past experiences and steps that were taken during the decision making process for the questions

Interview
I meet with the Human Resources Person, and the Supervisor of the Machining Dept. They both asked me questions about the job I was currently doing. They also asked me questions about my past employment, and how, if any, it has helped me with my current position.
