The first step was to apply on the Continental germany jobs page. The HR shortlisted and called me within a week to schedule an interview with my prospective boss. The interview with him was just under an hour long discussing my background, aspirations, reviewing skills, elaborating on them as well as detailed explanation from him about the position and tasks.
