Interview
The first interview was done via phone. They asked lots of questions about my personality and previous work history. Then a skill test and personality test was completed, followed by a group of two interviewees asking personality and skill test questions along with previous work examples. Finally the process was ended by doing two skill test that you could not prepare for.

Received phone call from the first interviewer and was asked several questions. They scheduled an interview for the next process. Had an introduction with both interviewers. They asked me to tell them about myself and the about the past two jobs I held. They asked about 8 or 9 questions. It was explained what the job entailed, the rate of pay, the hours and days of work and training. I was asked if I had any questions. They said they would be making a decision by the end of the week or beginning of next week. They thanked my for my time and the interview ended.

I thought the process was comfortable, and inviting. Very valid questions for the position and getting to know me. Interviewees were friendly but got down to business without a problem.

I believe that the interview process was truly seamless. The best part is that each team member was welcoming, and each question was purposeful to the role I was applying for.
