Interview

I had a phone interview with the HR (or People and Culture as it is called here) - standard interview questions about my profile and abilities.
After which I was invited to an interview in person at their office and I was interviewed by 2 different people - Head of Growth and Head of Marketing - in one day.

First: Head of Growth:

Went through my CV and certain challenges they face everyday in the department. Furthermore, I was introduced to the first task that would be expected of me. It was presented as a challenge and I was asked how I would go about solving it. They were not focusing on the answer, rather the method I use to approach this situation.

Second: Head of Marketing

I was introduced to all the marketing tools and softwares and was asked to explain each in a brief manner. I was asked about my previous roles and how I achieved what I achieved.

Auf meine Bewerbung wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Gesprächstermine wurden schnell gefunden und die Gespräche (1 Telefon, 2 x vor Ort) liefen sehr gut, gründlich und super professionell. Tolles Team mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Comtravo kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich habe mich dann aber für eine andere Firma entschieden.

Interview

Das Vorstellungsgespräch folgte dem klassischer Verlauf mit einer Aufwärmphase, einem Hauptteil und Abschluss des Gespräches. Es verlief professionell und angenehm. Das Interesse wurde aufgrund der Fragen deutlich. Es wurde sich entsprechend Zeit genommen.
