Pros
The project they are working on is good. Free lunch on Thursday. Discount for some flights.
Cons
Bad management. No proper training and they demand everything. At the end you end up in a bad situation and may be kicked out.
Advice to Management
When you hire someone, check properly if you are choosing the right candidate. After you have chosen its your responsibility to train for missing skills.
