The whole interview process was clear and and efficient. It involved only two stages of two interviews with hiring manager and a senior manager. The majority of the questions were competence based and expected to be answered based on STAR. Quick follow-up after each interview

Interviewed by 2 Managers. Straight forward. Asked about college, work experience, why do I want to work there etc.
Reviewed CV and asked what previous employers would say about me.

Tell me about a time you work on a team where a team member was not contributing how you had wished. How did you resolve this issue.
Go through resume first and then they asked some generic questions such as what makes the best candidate; how do you perform under stress; how well do you work with others.

I wasn't really been asked any difficult question, but I can think it is still important to think before say anything even if you think it is an easy question. Say what they want to hear!
