Very casual and real interview with the hiring manager, followed by a team interview that was upfront and casual as well. They valued communicating with "actual me" instead of the "interview version of me".

If asked to verify the proper functionality of a vending machine, list things that you would test.
The process was easy and the team and hiring manager were so welcoming and relaxed making it a great experience. I did a phone interview first and then a team interview in person.
