Interview
The interview process at CSI is very comfortable. The interview was not extremely stressful like many I have been through. Most questions focus on related experience and education and some behavioral questions of how I handled or would handle typical situations that come up on the job.
Then the hiring process was very smooth.
Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Question 1
No real difficult or unexpected questions, most questions were job related and asked about related experience. The most difficult questions would probably be how you would handle an angry customer, but that is very relevant.
