I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cohen Architectural
Interview
Interviewed 3 times. They didn’t have the decency to call me to let me know they went another way. The first interview was light. The second one technical. And the third one was an interrogation. The pay was low and they wouldn’t share benefit information which tells me it was not good. All employees put in a small room with adjoining desks. No privacy.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cohen Architectural in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview itself was fine. Asked if I had any questions not even 5 minutes into the interview after just going over resume. Toured the facility but was never contacted back. In this age, respect is mutual and not letting a potential candidate know they didn’t secure the position is disrespectful of one’s time and patience- especially after an in-person interview. Additionally, salary expectations were withheld, which while not illegal is a red-flag towards a company’s transparency.

Question 1
Do you have any relevant project administration experience?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cohen Architectural (Saint James, MO)
Interview
Set up an interview with the Cohen human resources representative. It was a two part process. A Verbal Interview and the physical ability review/Technical skills review. They put you to work(paid) and see what your made of. If it all works out, you have a job.
