Applied online and scheduled an initial phone screen with HR within a few days. After that, I had a 1.5 hour Skype interview with the hiring manager going over my background and interest in Cogo. At the end of that, the director invited me to fly out and interview in person. When I arrived on campus, the HR rep told me that the hiring manager was out sick and had tried to reschedule (which couldn't happen since I had flown out). The day started with a long one on one going extensively through my background and resume, followed up by 3 interviews with sets of people on the team. I didn't get any 'brain teasers', mainly just behavioral questions and situational ones. The conversations flowed easily and at the end the HR rep told me it would be 2-3 weeks since they had just started the interview process. I never heard from the absent hiring manager to apologize for the no show, or from HR about a decision(after ~2 months) despite reaching out for one. Final round candidates that put in the effort to fly out should be at least given closure. Unprofessional move by Cogo.
