I was invited on site to meet with a senior person within the organization for this remote position. After a 2 hour drive, I found out that there was an error and the interviewer was home. We conducted the interview via FaceTime. Very intuitive and professional interviewer. Great questions. I proceeded with a second virtual interview the following week. Again, excellent questions and energy. (I do recommend 45 min interviews vs. 30). i was told that we were moving to the next phase. Unfortunately they ghosted me and after 3 emails, I was told that the position no longer exist.
