Interview
Initial interview was a group interview with about 8 girls. The managers went around asking questions. One question was asked at a time and everyone had to answer. The next step was an interview with 3 other candidates. After the second interview a person was chosen. The whole process took less than 2 weeks.
It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Interview
Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
