I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Maidenhead, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Asked a few questions about different scenarios. Didn't want me because I wasn't 18 at the time. Make sure you can do maths on a calculator before doing jt because there were quite a few questions about that.

Question 1
How would you respond if a customer dropped eggs on the floor?
Straight forward. They give you the interview questions before hand and ask the same questions on the day. In person interview lasted about 30-35 mins. Manager was nice. Store was clean people were friendly and helpful guiding me to manger
The process was swift and easy. I took a CV into store and the manager interviewed me there and then. They asked me if I had any customer service experience and general interview questions such as when have I worked in a team and how would you deal with a tricky customer.
