First stage - video task as screener, answering questions on camera. Then a competency based interview - brush up on coop behaviours beforehand. They’re online and you’ll need them to prepare.

Structured around behaviours initially - you need to know what these are as no be able to give examples using competency framework. There’s a skills/experience element too, related to the role. But competency but needs some prep!
