I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Co-op (London, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Had a basic test to complete online which made sure that you were the best fit for the Co-op in regards to their values and principles. Had an interview two weeks later with a friendly and professional man and I felt very comfortable with the questions being asked and felt it was a good experience. I have just had the interview so I am not too sure if I will be offered the job.
